The art of weaving mats from mengkuang (a type of palm) is an art that has been passed down from the elders of the past, and inherited by the descendants of Tok Kadok up to the present day. We would like to emphasize that in the past, our village had a lineage of skilled weavers of mengkuang mats, on par with other states.
